Using the packaging we send to you, send your watch to us via registered post.

Please ensure that:
1. The watch is safely packed in the packaging we supplied
2. Your full address and day-time telephone/mobile number is included with your parcel
3. You take out adequate insurance cover in the event of loss or damage
4. You send your watch back to us by special delivery post only

Upon receipt, we will assess the watch and send you an estimate for the repair.

If you are happy with the estimate and wish to proceed, then just let us know. Your watch will then be repaired by one of our highly trained watchmakers and returned to you in protective packaging.

Should you not wish to proceed, we will simply return the watch to you.
