The countdown function of the Regatta Watch enables the skipper to keep track of time in the approach to the race start thanks to an audible signal sounding every minute. The countdown can be adjusted at any time.

Once the race is underway, the chronograph is automatically activated and begins measuring the race duration. The dedicated counter at 10 o’clock measures both the hours and seconds, because although a race can last several hours, the difference at the finish line is often a matter of seconds.
